John Rubadeau has a Santa Claus beard that he dyes orange for Halloween. He uses the f-word constantly, tells humorous anecdotes about former students, and goes on manic tangents that have no apparent relation to the topic at hand. John is an English professor at the University of Michigan who teaches an upper-level seminar on essay writing, and he is also the most influential teacher I have ever had.
